Mockingjay Records is proud to announce it's first artist to be added to it's roster, Ellie Goulding! We are so happy to have been able to convince Ellie to sign with us, and we look forward for a long and happy career for the both of us.
"I'm so glad to be with such an awesome label. I know that I'm in good hands and hopefully a great relationship will bond us together" said Ellie enthusiastically when asked for a comment about Mockingjay Records at the press conference.
As for the music, Ellie revealed the release date for her new single, Spoken Words.
"My new music is such a breath of fresh air for me and I'm more than happy to say that it's definitely on it's way! My new single, Spoken Words will be produced by Greg Kurstin who is a musical genius and I look forward to release it tomorrow. The album is said to be on hold to see how Spoken Words does. The aftermath of the single will determine the fate of the album, Jad G. (the head of the label), revealed.
