I'm just afraid that live performances are going to be lifless I mean her performances for her latest songs In perfect world I imagine Avril jumping on the stage, running or whatever, trying to dance, enjoying the scene, but I'm afraid it's not gonna happen.

Because Epic needed to get Avril's name out there before releasing such a strong single. They did that with HTNGU. Now that she's slowly coming back into the pop world, it's finally the right time to release this while the majority of the pop world know she's back with a new era

Justin did it with 20/20 with Suit/Tie -> Mirrors
Kelly did it with Stronger with Mr. Know It All -> Stronger

Release the bad single to get your name back out there, then the smash for later!

It happened with Ciara who is also on Epic. Have you seen the video for her second single I'm Out. Compare it to her first, and talk about a high budget

It's alright. I see it performing like "Here's To Never Growing Up." It won't do much for her. HTNGU was much more enjoyable and should have been a hit. If HTNGU didn't work, this isn't going to do it, imo.
