No one really complains about the raps (outside of what was mentioned) no one can deny dude can spit.
But people rag on Drake for the half singing/half autotune/half rap (yes 3 halves) that he tries to do, and sometimes some of the things he says as him coming of extra soft. Like Marvin's Room. Or Practice lol.
