If Gaga took a literal interpretation of the title and featured herself under some guy, then it could have a double meaning with the titular "guy" being Jo, and that would explain him tweeting the lyrics "Everybody needs somebody. I'm somebody. Need your body", because those would actually fit a song titled "G.U.Y. (Girl Under You)".
