In NC most supermarket chains already have their perceptions.
TBH if you walk into some of the stores themselves it can be quite obvious as which store caters to who, but maybe that may just be me.
And most of the people drive (rather badly) or in the 'bigger areas' take transit.The only places where people don't have good means without taking transit are called 'food deserts', places where supermarket retail options are quite lacking.
