Isn't Miley breaking some record if she wins everything at the TCAs this year? I think I read something about that last year but since she didn't win the movie award it didn't happen.

2nd single should be 1 week or so before the album drops so that the stans that will buy the album will buy it as well. That means WB shouldn't be 2nd single but the 3rd single so that since stans don't really buy 3rd singles (because they already have the album) gp would buy it. It will also help in the longevity if the album.
3rd singles are also important to determine the length of an era. A successful 3rd single will prolong an album era a not-so-successful one will end it.
If you look at it major pop girls usually send the best song as the 3rd single:
Lady Gaga- Edge of Glory
Katy Perry- Firework
P!nk- JGMAR
etc.
Anyways I think she can tell album details at any time really... As far as single #2... idk WCS seems to be really holding up well. By mid to late August though seems reasonable though .
Y'all know if WCS was flopping we would all be dragging RCA/Larry to the pits of hell. Two (not even high profile) performances in a month is kinda pathetic. I might be hallucinating but didn't she not even get an iTunes banner? Plus the falling through of The Voice's performance, no radio deal for WCS... Hm. The only really impressive thing was the unveiling of the single cover in Times Square, but still. Thank g0D Legend's star power is enough to carry ha to the t0p unlike some of these other PEOPLE who need to plug their single like 5 times in a week just to crack the top 10 on itunes.
