Just because a song isn't single material doesn't mean it's filler.
A filler is a song which is there for the simple fact that they didn't want to release an album with only 11 songs on it, all of the Teenage Dream songs are there for a purpose and represent something that Katy wanted to say.
The closest to a filler is probably Caliornia Gurls, tbh. It's just a meaningless piece of pop fluff which is only there to act as a hit single. (Note: I said closest, not that it is one!)
Edit: Oops! I forgot Peacock existed. That's truly the most meaningless throwaway (awful) song of the Teenage Dream album.
) and refuse to listen to listen to his music. Doing a song with him doesn't seem smart because regardless of how great the song will turn out people kind of boycott him these days. His music doesn't nearly carry the same weight and get as recognized compared to 5 years ago.
