YT people thing? What do you mean? They're a band. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Of_Montreal They have a few good songs, never bothered to get into their full discography though.
I don't think Patti or Luther really have any notable albums. I think Luther's closest thing is his debut - Never Too Much, so I can see why they wouldn't be represented here.
