Well, there are songs that flopped worse. Leona's I See You was the theme song for the biggest movie ever and flopped even harder. I don't think why it's such a big deal PLU is flopping. I mean sure, it would have been cooler if it had hit #1 on every chart, but it's not like Kelly is fading. She just had a successful single with huge longevity. You can always take a look from both sides. The glass is always either half empty or half full.

Kelly is actually eligible for a star. The only requirement you need is critical acclaim (Grammys or Oscars) and an at least 7 year lasting career. And yeah, $10,000. Your fans have to nominate you, but since Kelly doesn't care about stuff like that and since 10K can be used in a much better way, she probably wouldn't want one.
