No, she's never done that. She has once said in an interview that she doesn't have the right kind of audience at her concerts to do that. She has crowd surfed at rock concerts when she was younger though. She used to go wild to the Foo Fighters, the Toadies, and Metallica

It is very hard to change things on her wikipage. It took months until one of the Expressers was able to change her picture. They have stricter rules for her page since it was vandalized a few years ago.
I'm pretty sure Kelly will use a picture of a same sex couple btw. Things have changed, also in Country. Kacey Musgraves, that chick Kelly is so obsessed with, has a song called "Follow Your Arrow" in which she also means to empower gay girls. Her album has been well received.
