Confessions is Usher's first & last great album but that album is >>>>> 4. Not one bad song on Confessions. 4 has Run the World, BT I Never Had, & I Was Here.
I mean, just about every single song is a classic!

You Bring Me Joy
Caught Up In The Rapture
Mystery
You can argue that each song sounds the same and are basically about the same thing, but you can't deny how much impact these songs had on the R&B world.
But I like "The Writing's on the Wall" and "Voodoo"...
Put them near the bottom of your list.

I can name 15 albums prior to the last 15 years that are better than everything you listed.
I Care is my 2nd fave R&B song since 2010. Oddly, it is what I thought I Am... would sound like based on its advance descriptions. The vocals floored me so much that I didn't even notice the trite lyrics until somebody pointed them out six months later. There is no one else in the industry who can do what she did during the bridge.
