They are for sure adding a Metroid character, there's not enough and Sakurai has already tried to add Ripley since Melee and already stated during Brawls production that he was trying to find a good fit, apparently he couldn't.
Okay, I can understand Ice Climbers, but do people actually use Diddy Kong and Wario? The game is already overstuffed with Mario/DK characters as it is imo.
Diddy is one of the best characters in the game; he's top tier.

I do agree that it's overstuffed with Mario/DK, but at the same time that's where the biggest chunk of the iconic characters are from. Rather than integrate tons of new characters from existing franchises I'd love to see them resurrect series like they did with Kid Icarus.

It's true that Mario is Nintendo's flagship franchise, but I honestly dislike practically all of them in Smash Bros. My top five were Lucas, Toon Link, Pikachu, Ike, and Zero Suit Samus.

Diddy and Wario were all i saw when i played online
Am I the only one who thinks the Wii Fit Trainer could be really good? I mean, most people laughed at the fact that she was added (including me), but if you think about it, after all those excercises she could actually pose a threat .
