Er, it's still getting positive updates on radio and holding on the itunes top 100. It's not crazy to think that a Voice performance would be a big help.

Not true. The itunes position had no effect on the airplay of catch my breath. CMB it's radio updates were bipolar but not so extreme as people like us. The voice only helped with digital sales, where the song went from mid 50s to #13 which sadly didn't had any effect on the airplay. The airplay remained bipolar. One week good updates, other week average updates.

The voice didn't had any effect on the radio performance of CMB. Only helped out digital sales for a week or two.

I really don't understand how she has the time to do all these privated gigs tho and not do any promo. Wouldn't the song being successful make her more money in the long run than these private gigs? It doesn't make sense to me. I'm sure she can get guest spots if she wanted to. Something just isn't adding up right now.

I love that Already Gone & Catch My Breath had better longevity than the majority of Kelly's singles.

It bugs me that Already Gone isn't given enough credit. The song is phenomenal and was a monster on the chart, for sure the biggest hit of the AIEW era (in the US that is) despite the halo controversy.

the thing that isn't adding up is the wedding a bride-to-be's time is always consumed by the wedding in the months leading up to it. and lets not all pretend we all haven't thought these private gigs are simply quick cash
