But that's the point. 
If collin doesn't update the title, then some people probably won't even bother to check if a new song has been eliminated, because they'll assume people are still discussing the last one.

Album track from "Animal"
2/4 Animal ballads have now seen the exit with Blind bowing out at #17, 1 slot above the smash single "Tik Tok". This song showcases the ballad-storyline side of Ke$ha that everyone seems to love so much! And, of course, it does NOT shy away from auto-tune. Unlike most ballads, Ke$ha is on the side that isn't vulnerable this time, as she insults a man from afar. This tune can connect to many people and that's probably what has propelled it this far in the rate! The chorus is undeniably catchy, one of her catchiest - which also makes this song shine out. I feel this is an appropriate spot (though I personally would've preferred it to be swapped with Hungover  ).
