1st week: Debut-ing sales good c/o thirsty fans, radio plays good c/o radio tour lyric video premiere friday night
2nd week: spill-overs from 1st week perform on Ellen, late night etc..
3rd week: The Voice performance more promo
4th week: Music Video premiere tuesday
5th week: BET** depends on how urban it is :?

By not requesting the rate. I did a rate when I first joined & it wasn't closed until I asked, so I figured it was ok.
I am trying really hard to get it reopened. (Doubtful, though) I'm really sorry either way. Miley was doing pretty well in the rate.
