I perceive 22 as a fun song that shouldn't be taken seriously. That line in particular sounds like a) The max martin pop girl influence b)her joking about her bad habit c) either way that line is about a one night stand so it hardly matters if he is a bad boy or not, only that he is good at satisfying The Lord.
