A filler is a term for a purposeless song. A filler is not a song you hate, or a song that is basic, or a song that is something that everybody hates.
A filler has no work on it. Nobody worked hard to make it. Wherever You Are is not a filler because it has a melody. It has proper lyrics. It has a nice instrumental. Even the song was fully mastered. Every song from a pop girl in atleast the past year has not had a filler. The only filler I know of currently is My Heart off of Bionic. It is a 18sec clip of her baby trying to say some word or something.

Basically, it is absolutely absurd to call Wherever You Are or Dinosaur a filler.

Dinosaur isn't filler. This is kinda filler though. It serves no purpose, kinda. OWDWY and Last Goodbye do whatever this song tries to do but better. And filler isn't just songs that are meaningless, it includes songs that are easily forgettable.

I like it and it's a standout on the album for sure, but it isn't what some people make it out to be imo.
