Kelly is a good hiring but I think Paulina is a mistake. If they wanted to copy The Voice and get that latin viewership, they shouldve gone with someone that was more known in the US like Enrique Igelsias.

Hopefully this panel has chemistry or else this is the final nail in the coffin.

Also - Kelly was a terrible judge on The X Factor UK. She favouritised and wasn't tentative to any of her contestants other than Misha B. Dunno, could do without her, IMO.
