The two part making the video special for Selena Gomez's "Dreaming" was actually not as drama filled as expected! The first three days of shooting were pretty smooth sailing! But then on the last day, things went haywire. The directors angry wife showed up too the set and the couple started airing out all their dirty laundry! Production was delayed about four hours because of their arguing. Selena finally stepped in. Speaking too the wife, she said "Do you want you husband to lose his job? Because if this goes on for any longer that's exactly what's going to happen to him." Everything settled down and production was finished that day.

Dreaming Video

The video was set in an african flat. Similar too the songs live performances, their were live animals everywhere. Selena rode a lion and served god-jesus-african-queen-realness just like she did in her GMA performance. With lots of african dancers and even a mariachi band (whose presence can't be found in the song, purely for show), Selena stayed true to her words from when she said she wanted to bring cultures together with this song. Animals on set: Lions, tigers, zebras, giraffes, kangaroos and koala bears. Very different from her first 2 eras. Nice to see her tone down the sexuality and go for a different approach!
