I think some of you stans are kinda in denial. It all comes together. She did cancel a show in Belgium due to "exhaustion" and the doctors told her to rest. She never cancels shows and also why hasn't released an official single? and in an recent interview she did say she wanted more kids.

Just be happy for her if she is. If she wants to get pregnant again, she can do that.
