I think it just means a restriction on photos/videos of Gaga herself.
We should still get a runway video, otherwise - I swear to God, Gaga - this **** of an era better be the best damn thing since Michael Jackson's Thriller era.

But it could definitely be indicative of the sounds on ARTPOP. If she isn't playing a remix of a new song, I'm inclined to believe she's playing -something- from DJWS
But hey! There are many directors out there anyway.
