It really hurts me that Kelly got rejected so many times for a duet. I know Kelly isn't a diva or the edgy pop/rock girl next door anymore but... idk. It feels sad
This is also a reason why I truly believe she is going to crossover fully to country in a few years. Kelly loves pop music but she doesn't love the pop world. She has so much critical acclaim in the country world. She lives in Nashville, her soon to be mother in low is one of the biggest country female legends and she is friends with a lot of popular country acts. I mean she never attends pop awards but is always present at the country awards. I mean... it's bound to happen at some point.
