Okay then don't believe me I don't care, but these are the same fans that said she would be in LA before she even left and said she would go back to NYC after for time off, which she did.
They're always reliable, have a bazillion pictures with her, and the girl (ladyjamie) posts on GGD all of the time with ACCURATE tea. It isn't the Chicago fans or whatever.
She told them she will be back on stage in August.
It also matches what her father said on video so..you can sit here delusional and hope for May all you want, but it's August. /end
^ I'm not saying it's NOT true, just that it's an easy thing to say Gaga made that VMAs tweet last year, a lot of us have been expecting her to come back at the VMAs, and Joe mentioned August etc. Anyone could take that readily available info and then when they're right, everyone's like "ooooh they got the tea!" even though it's just a logical assumption
I don't think her team are stupid enough to let her miss out on something like the VMAs if ARTPOP is intended for a Q4 release. I'm almost certain we're getting something around award season.

Apparently that's the song she was playing in her car when she had that month off the BTWB last summer. So some people think it could be for ARTPOP... personally I hope not, I want all new material. If she did an updated version of NOBT, she should just leak it later or something.
I'm thinking an announcement in mid/late July, single on the 19th of August, and then a live debut at the VMAs.
Gaga can't dance yet (she will be able to in a few weeks) so I think that's the reason for the delay. I doubt she's recorded a video or done choreo at all yet.
I could see her releasing something two weeks after the VMAs (but then again barely a month for the debut single is a bit quick), which would be the week of my birthday.
If the Queen drops the alberm on my 22nd. It's even a Tuesday and everything.
