I don't if I'm happy about RIAA's new rule since Bieber now has a 12x platinum single but on the other hand Gaga gained alot as well. But Baby, being more successful than Bad Romance!?

A lot of people here haven't heard any Gaga song on the radio since The Edge Of Glory (You and I/MTN flopped hard here). I wouldn't even try to check their playlists, out of fear.
