There's a difference between admitting to being abused for the closure and to "let it be known," and admitting it to get a check. I have no sympathy for the latter, and I really don't care for the tears and meltdowns people are having in this thread about it.

Between all of the meltdowns and testimonies, I have yet to see someone say that demanding money for sexual abuse is a respectable or non-sketchy thing.

And stop with this "he needs the money" crap. Is he not one of the most successful choreographers ever? Money is not an issue for a choreographer of his caliber.

They're not throwing shade, they're reporting on a story Anna Nicole Smith was never accused of raping anyone and she was RAVAGED by the media including TMZ, let's not forget.

Asking for legal compensation for wrongdoing is sketchy? That's how the ****ing justice system works. Michael is dead so it's not like they can throw him in jail. Stop trying to frame this situation to make it seem like one would be virtuous to not demand compensation. You look like a fool.

Maybe he's asking money as a symbolic gesture of acknowledgement from the MJ "establishment:" because now that he's dead justice will never be made, if MJ did indeed abuse Wade MJ will never be convicted for it so his estate giving him money is the only thing close to justice that can occur.

You seriously can't be this dense.

MJ's own suspicious actions (sleepovers etc) have caused these accusations against him to be taken seriously. Just because other cases fell through doesn't clear his name from all future accusations.

This is not for justice, it's for money. I would've had sympathy if he was doing it for justice, but for it to be for money, regardless of the reason, is disgusting.
