She's laying low before the era launches so that her comeback is even more of a big deal. If she's trying not be seen in public, she's obviously not going to tweet.
Beyond that, she's going to be busy as hell trying to finish the album and plan everything else. There's a lot of preparation to be done.
Furthermore, you KNOW fans would give her **** for tweeting irrelevant stuff and you KNOW fans would give her **** for teasing us about the album. She couldn't win either way, so it's best she doesn't do anything. Plus, it prevents her from getting ahead of herself.
