I don't think they are test markets, Its just that singles are released there first. Look at 22 flopped in Australia, couldn't even go top 15 and yet it was released a WW single

I still think EHC will be released as a WW single.

I know they are currently not test markets, but I hope they would be. Oceania is definitely a good indicator of singles success.

I was listening to I Heart ? last night and I think that this hymn is underrated. It's creative, it's clever, it's catchy but I honestly don't know what the consensus is among fans. I personally love it.
