Well I see a bunch of people not believing him, which makes no sense since he's literally as reliable as you can get
It's hard to tell from the video though, but I think he could be saying August for the album and the single actually pretty soon, because he was reminding them how singles usually come a few months before the album.
The main reason I'm inclined to believe him is that this is sort of what happened with No Doubt
Someone caught Gavin accidentally spilling that the album would be out in September, which was followed by a bunch of arguing about whether or not he was right (like duh of course he was, he's Gwen's damn husband). About two weeks later they posted the official album announcement so basically Gavin spoiled it
Hopefully we'll get an announcement from Gaga soon too.
I'm worried Gaga might get mad at the Monsters that attacked Joe though, they were threatening to send him death threats 
I hope those are Google Glasses and he's filming it then, so we will at least get a DVD when some extremists blow her into a million pieces during the first show
