He says that Burqa is the best song on ARTPOP (which could very much be true because jeff1317 was excited about it as well) + thinks the single is coming out in August/September. That's what I heard.

Which means we'll get the official confirmation in May so we can patiently wait until then
If it were the album in August then we would have gotten the release date in Dec of last year
