Parsis were people from Persia (not Arabia) who fled to India to escape Muslim conversion and they've had little influence on mainstream South Asian culture. The Mughal Muslim invaders definitely had influence on India (especially in Northern India and Pakistan), but they also came from the same Central Asian region. They were not Arab. The only Arabs in India are Jews who fled to India to escape religious persecution just like Parsis did and they've had no major influence on South Asian culture either.
