Where are you reading Ariana is not performing? It was just a rumor that she was performing, but nothing has dispelled that rumor yet.

They can have 3 performers in one results show. They've already done that this season.

American Idol could have been used a promotional opportunity for MANY songs and artists this year, and this entire season was wasted on past American Idol winners and contestants. The ONLY people that benefited a little from their appearances were Phillip, OneRepublic and Scotty.

I wanted to see Carly Rae Jepsen, Cher Lloyd, Little Mix, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Ariana grande, and so many others perform.

Just listened to it and wow I really like it The hook is basically identical to Home though Too bad this isn't the direction he went in for his debut.

Edit: The One-Hit Wonders theme was such a flop... they all chose songs with more famous versions by artists with tons of hits

I have loved ALL of Amber's song choices. Power of love is epic, as well as Macarthur Park.

And although Angie is my favorite, I dislike Jessie J and I cannot believe this is like the 4th song of hers she is singing.
