It'll be out before the end of the year. Britney doesn't necessarily have to be songwriter. She can hire songwriters and guide them to help them manifest her feelings through the lyrics they write. I mean, if the album is delayed to Spring 2014, I'd be disappointed, but if that means that Britney will be more active in promoting it and more ambitious with the material, then by all means I'll embrace it.
