As of December 2010, Oops!...I Did It Again has sold 9,201,000 copies in the US according to Nielsen SoundScan, with additional 1,210,000 copies sold at BMG Music Clubs.

It's obvious that Soundscan counts the BMG Music Club sales since Oops!...I Did It Again is Diamond certified. Now it's RCA's turn to pay for those certifications.

It doesn't matter, RIAA do count club sales , her label just need to pay for the 5th platinum cert and thats it.

plus "OIDIA" is at 9M according to soundscan , and 10M adding club sales, its certified 10xP / Diamond by the RIAA.
