yes the capacity is 20 000 for the concerts ( lady gaga held a concert in 2010 in arena and she has had the biggest stage so far) . she was in zagreb in 2009 with i'm tour . i'm surprised with the stage cuz it seams small but i think that the stage is bigger when they move the curtain with the B sign . at the beginning of the broadcast they showed B stage
