Banks has been about that since day one though - everything from the Eye on her mixtape cover, to the "Witch-Hop" genre she's pioneering. She even referred to the "Sun God" in one of her Ustream chats with fans. She's doesn't hide the fact she's run by something.
As for the clip, yes, it's full of dark, cryptic, unsettling visuals that stir you up - And it brings the song to life - Everything a powerful music video should do. Her videos never disappoint, worth the wait!
