I wonder the origin of the explosive and its maker, either it foreign or domestic, but the details are so vague, I find it hard for any answers to be found. R.I.P to the two who were killed and I hope the 23 injured get well soon.

Also a possibility. Again, I'm not coming to any conclusions or ruling anything out of the realm of possibility. If they were near the top of the building already, they could have raced up there and seen what was going on. But remember, the explosions went off within 15 to 20 seconds of each other. So either the person was already up there, or they BOLTED up to the rooftop. Which is possible, but not 100% likely.
