What are people worried about? I'm not worried for this song at all. Just remember that even Dark Side rose from the 500's to #25 on iTunes from just airplay alone. And this is a stronger radio song than DS. It'll be fine. CMB is still top 20 on radio as Chivas said.
While some us may get burnt out on PLU easily (much like many of us did with Stronger), it's the kind of song the public will eat up. I'm not concerned at all. Summer smash here we come
