It means, its weekly audience impressions is of 200 million.
It does NOT mean 200 million people are listening the song.
For example I can hear the song twice a day every day of the week meaning I heard the song 14 times per week on the radio so the same people listen to the same various times per week.
It means the song listened 200 million times by the general public.
Just like vevo views, a person can view the same video more than once just to get stream points.
