I think Hoola Hoop was never meant for wide release, the song was leaked on purpose, like the Bieber track, maybe he like dthe tracks, but didn't see them as good album tracks and used them for promotional usage.
Smile Mona Lisa probably has Nicole not credited, because she is probably only featured with those classical vocals, nothing more.
