Kelly looked flawless. I love both the teal and the purple dress she wore. I still havent watched the performance for I'm at school, but I'm looking forward to it.
And yay! @ PLU finally being filmed. I hope we'll get some photos from the set or a behind the scenes video or so.

The ACM's is seriously one of Kelly's WORST performances. Like girl, she did not even TRY with her voice, she just lazily went through the song like she was bored and the other guy was barely noticeable. Her voice sounded tired, flat and just lazy. She seriously needs to step up her game for Idol because the only nice thing I can say is she looked nice at least.
Yea it was a very easy breezy laid back performance. Hopefully she's just saving all her energy for PLU on Idol.
Not everytime she sings she has to blow us away, she just didn't have as much soul/groove as the cma's. She cruised through it & still got a standing ovation. Plu is completely different to don't rush, silly to assume she won't put effort into a song she's performing for the first time.
I thought Kelly sounded fine to me. Stans always seem to have a higher expectation of her (then again, it's been almost two months since she performed).
Anyway, I don't expect her PLU performance on Idol this week to be mind-blowing. Usually she fine tunes it as the era goes along (just look at Stronger; its performance in the UK talk show and MMVA is proof of that).

I'm so excited for the PLU performance but nervous at the same time. I just hope it transitions well live. Hopefully idol will give her some of their back up vocals so the "oooooo's" will sound good

The guy was Jason Sellers. He co-wrote "Don't You Wanna Stay" He also sang DR with Kelly a few times when she did the Sony Nashville events.
