sacRED sold 3,5M in the US based on Her name alone, and that's with the the stans who jumped the ship and some bandwagoners (which are equal I think). Not so much different from
Preach Now. That's why I keep saying MM tracks don't sell album. Because if you want to compare the big selling LPs with big selling singles,
sacRED should have sold at least as much as
Flawless.
Conclusion is: MM is not doing Her any good. The production may be expensive and stuffs, but other than some quick cash, they do more damages.
If She wants to make whatever music She wants, I say 3M per LP is not impossible, going with her lowest (slowest?) selling LP,
Preach Now. She can afford it already.

She's always been emotionally connected to her music, which goes along with a country ideal set, or supposed to be. As long as she doesn't dumb down her music a la WANEGBT were fine.
Country audiences and critics would love her so long as they feel she isn't selling out. She doesn't need to sing speakers boom boom.

Her previous efforts were mostly half-hearted Country. That's why majority of folks deemed Her work as trash.
