I watched i know what you did last summer (1&2) and i have some questions to be answered because I'm confused

1. if the fisherman reappears and kills julie in the shower in the first, how is she still int he second?
2. How the hell did the fisherman survive all those bullets in the second film?
3.Is the third installment related to the first two?
