Is there anyone we could ask for official numbers?

It sold 5,5M by 2009 according to IFPI.

Probably as of 2013 totals must be at +6,2M WW.

The "Circus" album could be close to 3,8M copies as of 2013.

Yes, I know about the IFPI figure, that's what I used.
I suppose to be sure we could beg them (IFPI) for new figures on Twitter to be sure, but I doubt they'd comply.

 Yeah I know..

" Circus (single)" is one of Britney's strongest sellers in US with "Toxic" IMO , that song just keeps selling, "Circus" was at 2,4M in 2009 and successfully surpassed now the 3M mark proving that its been selling through the years , and trust me it will keep selling
On the other hand " Womanizer" was doing a great job , it was at 2,7M and quickly surpassed the 3M mark but then it got stuck , I feel like its been in the 3,2M-3,3M range FOREVER now

"Circus" was a more memorable hit and it shows through its faster sales rate after they both slowed. The pre-chorus alone slays careers.

The pre-chorus is my favorite part of the song, the bridge is a also great, the verses are cool , the chorus is strong, the production is sick , its a brilliant single, I'm glad to see that its been selling through the years.

Infinite. LOL I do recall that title being thrown around before FF. I guess people are doing their pre-April fools gags.

I loved the lilith title from last era too. People are too creative when we all know it is going to be a simple title anyways.

Femme Fatale is a good title, imo.
Lilith? WTF is that supposed to be?

 Lilith is an awful title
and "Femme Fatale" is a nice title in paper , but not a good title for sales / marketing purporses.

its very girl / woman oriented IMO, generally those types of titles like "Erotica" , "Femme Fatale", etc don't sell that good.

Albums with more "general" titles always sell better for example "In the zone", "Circus", etc.

Infinite would be a great title in my opinion. I have a feeling they really could do a play on the "8" of Album 8, too. I wonder what the album's going to sound like...

I hope they don't do that , it wouldn't be original since lately several artists are using numbers for albums titles.

I think they should do something cliche , if her lead single becomes a nice hit , they should call the album with the same name of the lead single's title.

Or they should for a very interesting title, probably something extracted from the lyrics of one song , for example "In the zone" was extracted from the lyrics of "Me against the music".

I wouldn't mind Infinite as an album title. Sounds pretty good, a bit cliche, but marketable and appealing.

I also would like a title like Queen of Hearts or something like that.
