All she does TALK for practically the whole song LMAO. It's really not a hard song to sing yet she would lip sync. She would get far more good press if she showed up and looked good than if she gave another lazy performance.
Which is exactly why I don't a performance. Not to mention S&S is dying anyway, let it die in peace. Britney & Madonna never performed MATM together nor did Gaga & Beyonce with Telephone, Britney can continue the tradition by not performing S&S with will.i.am.
