I still think Avril should add the song the following week. It'll get added itself, and a high debut is clearly not something that should be aimed for.
No one is saying they don't. That to get the maximum potential from the radios and build AI is to have an adds date. If you don't have one, your song won't be played as much as it should be.

I agree with this all, I just was saying I think the song should be added the following week. Is that not a half decent idea? Since a strong debut isn't necessary.

You neglected about my second condition . The song needs to be notice by stations. I also said that in my previous posts.
Avril, on the other hand, debut the song on a very popular radio show. People somehow has to know about the song. If they think it will smash, they will pick it up the way they did with many othet singles. If they dont then the adds date us really a factor. That was my point

I extended my point in the following post but you just totally ignored . We all know Epic will give it an adds date. It's not neccessarily the same week or a week aftet its premier. A lot of songs have picked up heavily before an adds date and in that case, adds date didn't play a big part. That was my point
