Since nobody seemed to follow matty's instructions to provide "a few sentences" explaining why you chose your avi, instead of trying to penalize everyone for that I'm going to vote primarily off the avis themselves. Especially since that's what the rest of atrl sees when they notice you around the forum (they don't get your explanations).
Although now this makes for interesting judging. So far, it seems each judge will be taking a different approach from each other. Which just makes me think whoever wins this challenge even moreso deserves it then
