Because they are in the present tense, indicating that 1D is still currently blacklisted and that Harry's apology was never successful, when in fact they are no longer blacklisted and Harry's apology turned out to be successful (they should be in the past tense, e.g. "Sister station Heart FM had also blacklisted them" or "Sister station Heart FM also used to blacklist them")
