Well, yeah. Zayn shouldn't make a fuss out of it, it'll drive the haters away eventually, but still, sometimes one is one too many. He probably has the right idea and just stays inactive.

I agree they should be able to deal with it at this point. Harry gets a ton of hate (about being a manw****) too and he never comments on it, while Zayn gets upset and Louis freaks out over Larry/any mention of him being gay. The more they freak out about it though, the more hate it provokes.

People need to grow up a little when they get famous and realize that not everyone is going to like them. It's just the fact of the matter. I don't agree with what they are saying, but they should just ignore it. I bet that whatever they have seen... there has probably been even worse said that they haven't seen yet. Just don't think about it. That's what I think at least. I'm not famous though so I have no idea how I would act if I was in that situation.

I think it's a lot more pressure on them because they started fairly young in the business, not like 15 or anything. But still, I can see why it might get to them. Just look at Bieber and his ego.

And let me add that Zayn does look Latino but it's for a reason. People from Latin America haven't always been the same race. The indigenous people look like Southern Asians (their eyes are Asian but they have dark skin), they got mixed with black slaves from Africa (I'm not saying blacks are slaves but the ones that came to America in the 16th century were) and white people from Spain. So because Zayn has dark asian + white, his mix is not that far away from what Latinos look like usually. Although his eyes are very exotic and I haven't seen Latinos with that shape of eyes

I am sure he is aware how superior his fans are to those of the other boys. Hence why he goes through so much more effort to follow/interact with them.

He has flipped out on twitter many times about it and even went out and called Larry "bullsh*t," and saying that people who think his relationship with his gf isn't real are "fake fans". And the Larry shippers say it's "management" on his twitter saying that. I guess that's why I don't ship Larry, because it's probably him tweeting that and getting upset, and he could actually be straight/in love with his gf, and in that case it would be super annoying.

Yeah. I think he got fed up with it when their management decided that he and Harry should not live together anymore to stop the rumors. It's easy enough to tell someone to "ignore it", but how can you when it is directly impacting your life?
