Queen of Pop Rihanna has plenty of ballads left (Loveeeeeee Song, What Now, Get It Over With, Half of Me, etc.). Bruno definitely has Moonshine as well.
Lady Gaga could easily do ballads too though. Speechless, Yoü and I, and Brown Eyes were all great.

thats true all the pop girls have had successful ballads.
Britney - Born To Make You Happy & Everytime (both number 1)
Beyonce - If I Were A Boy & best Thing I Never Had
Rih - Diamonds
Katy - The One That Got Away
Miley - The Climb
......i cant think of a successful gaga ballad does bad romance count

Rihanna had Unfaithful, Take a Bow, and Stay, Katy also had Wide Awake, and Lady Gaga had Yoü and I. All of those ballads were successful.

None of those listed tracks would do well as singles. I said potential singles as in ones rihanna would consider releasing. Loveeeee song will likely be an urban single but that's not a ballad. I doubt Bruno will release Moonshine as a single.

That fact that she has yet to release a proper ballad makes me doubt it at this point.
And those saying 'Yoü & I' is a ballad.

nope she wouldn't survive

Have several seats, NO ONE expected You & I to be a hit outside of America even before it started charting. It's a country/rock power ballad featuring the guitarist from Queen, who would honestly expect that to smash in Europe or Asia in 2011? (incidentally, it did reach top 10 in Japan)

'Yoü And I' is an electronic country rock & roll ballad and was a decent WW hit.

Not ELECTRONIC country rock So dead right now. But yeah I think she can, but hmm I think You & I was too rock/ country tinged for WW success, however had it been a piano ballad it probably would have fared better WW.

So everything electronic has to be dance music? Wait a sec, the intro is electronic, and some feel of the song is electronic, that's what it meant.

Of course, Gaga will be like a fish in water if piano ballads are still in when ARTPOP comes out. If there's anybody who can slay a piano ballad, it is Gaga. Sometimes I prefer her piano ballad verisons of songs more than the actual song. You and I was a ballad and it was the best song off of Born this Way IMO

Everything electronic is not dance music, but just because something has eletronic elements doesn't mean it was electronic music. The only thing that's probably electronic is the boing sounds that are played in the very beginning... And that doesn't render it Electronic country music. Let's not reach.

LOL at people even thinking that electronic music is fading, EDM is starting to make a bigger impact day by day... ballads and folky music are just happening to smash now aswell. They can all co-exist. Gaga will be fine. As long as the music is good, it will work.

She claimed it was an EDM sound. But anything could have changed from then to now, and when it really comes out.

So the same as her other two albums then?
The reason Lady Gaga didn't release any piano/ballad songs is because she only got popular in 2008/2009, by which time it was already getting too risky to release those types of songs, and dance-pop songs were the ones that were easy hits. The same applies to Ke$ha, Flo Rida, Pitbull, Taio Cruz, etc. as well. Everybody who got famous in around 2009 time just had it easy releasing electro/dance songs as singles endlessly.
But now things have changed, so she might release one of her more acoustic songs as a single now.
