Those people that you listed are YMCMC so they could be trying to calm everyone down before making a formal address.
TMZ has been pretty spot on with A LOT of their major announcements (Michael, Britney's fiance, break-up, Vegas, Nicki - Idol, Mariah - Idol, etc....) they've been spot on and there is no reason for me to believe they'd post some random unreliable news.
Also, the conflicting messages like "he's watching Lakers" and "he's watch Syracuse game.."
I hope for his kids sake that they're wrong but I doubt it.
